So I finally joined the flat bottom Club. At the end of duck season last year I found a 12ft rivited flat bottom aluminum boat for a song. In context these type of boats are quite rare, there was never a market for them. So after nearly a year in my garage fixing the transom with new rectangle section and fixing the leaking rivits, I gave it a paint job ready for opening. |

I just watched a show about the crayfish operation down your way. Really cool. I could not understand what they were saying but interesting fishery for sure. |

Yes. One of the outdoor channels is running the show now. I remember seeing the series on another network a couple years ago. They run some stout boats. |
