Need some suggestions on some cabin rentals around a lake or places to fish in Louisiana

Caney lake north of chatham, toledo bend. Two places I visit the most (first is near my house, second is just a great place to go)

Caney has bounced back from the grass kill (those carp ate it ALL lol). They're pulling some big fish out of there again over the last couple years. When you trying to go?

My shop isn't ready, or I'd offer for you to just come stay there. Caney is 20 min away.

Jimmie Davis state park and camoground used to have cabins and rv hookups. And Caney lake marina I think had some cabins too. Been a long time since I checked that stuff since I'm right up the road now.
Toledo has lots of stuff, I suggest near pendleton bridge (lanaan creek area) or maybe a bit south of there (turtle beach or big bass marina I think it's called), but stay somewhere mid-lake for sure Lots of variety for fishing, and I'm pretty familiar with that area so lemme know if you decide to head over there. There's a guy on here that lives over there that might be able to be more specific with places to stay.

Cypremort point state park on vermillion pay is a good place to go, its right on vermillion bay. Nice cabins that are right by the water with boats lips, its not far from a boat launch
