Can't help you with a NOLA gunsmith, but I can help you with a way to shoot a box of shells and it might help.

My pop had one stuck in his Beretta and we tried everything we could think of and couldn't get it out - freezer overnight followed by hair dryer, soak in kroil, soak in 50/50 ATF and Acetone, deadblow hammer, choke tube wrench with a piece of flat bar welded to it, etc. Nothing worked.
I called Briley to see how much they would charge to cut the barrel and re-thread it. They told me that heat solves the vast majority of them when other methods don't. Figured we'd give it one more shot before shipping it off.
Pop was concerned about weakening the barrel by torch heating only a short section, so we shot a box of shells through it as fast we could load and pull the trigger. Hit it with a shot of PB Blaster and then put the cheater tube wrench to it and it came right out. Nickel anti-seize on everything we shoot now.
Good luck.
