Let's just say Go Devil is not willing to take responsibility for their mistakes and they are willing to argue it to the point that I will never buy anything from them again. I ordered an engine from them to go on my existing GDSD frame (I cracked the block on the original) and what I had talked to them about over the phone is not what I got when it showed up. I called to make sure it had a 50A alternator and was CDI. It was CDI but not 50A. In my world, if you make a mistake, you make it right or you refund the money. That's not the case with GD. They put the blame on me and told me I didn't need what I wanted. I had to argue with Coco just to be able to send it back. Anyways, I shipped it back but they shorted me shipping on my refund, which I paid for, to me and back to them. So, another phone call and after an absurd argument with Coco, still no refund for shipping on something that was their mistake. Granted, we're not talking a lot of money. It's the principle of the matter. Now, I don't know about you guys, but you don't argue with customers and you damn sure don't try and run them off. Especially, if they have been a loyal customer for 6 years. So, if anybody is thinking of buying a GD, here's a good reason not to.
