 Spud Pole Winch Bracket

Post Spud Pole Winch Bracket
Anyone know a company/person that will weld up a bracket to mount a winch to for the spud holes? I have the winch, and spud pole holes are already on the boat I just need a bracket that will slide into the holes I can mount the winch to. I am in Oklahoma but would pay shipping costs.
