If the bill is like a gadwall, it's a brewer's duck, gadwall/mallard cross. I shot one 7-8yrs ago, but mine was more like a mallard, saw one last yr that looked more gadwall |

Shovler x gadwall. Its got a shovler wing and bill and the feathers on its backare gadwall. And If you google it that bird is a spitting image of all the pics of them on google  I have apic of one somewhere my my grandpaw took of one last year.
