I did a search and found conflicting info. Is the grip size a 7/8 or 1 inch on a 2011 GTR?

Old steel pipe handle is 1"
the new style tillers with the cast aluminum free floating handle is 7/8"

Have several tape measures and a caliper that get used often. The problem is that I was not anywhere near the boat when I posted this yesterday. I figured someone on here might have changed a grip before and could quickly tell me (guess not). Taken care of. Put a caliper on it late last night.
