depth finder
what kind of depth finders are you guys running and are yall using transducers on the troll motor or on the boat ?

I'm interested in what other people have to say about this as well. I would think most people would be using combo GPS/depth finders. I'm in between the hummingbird helix 7 or the lowrance elite 7 as recommended by ***** from standard mapping. Having the transducer on the trolling motor seems to be pretty limiting unless you have no need for depth info while running without the trolling motor deployed.
