I lost 25 lbss but need to shed another 20lbs. Two years ago I would have never considered doing this. Whereas then I would have been winded and mobility challenged, today I am in relatively good shape and able to do what I want. Now, could I drag a deer out of the woods, probably not, but I’ll get there. |
