I've contacted a few of the bigger Lodges for our group. Awaiting some calls back.
It seems that we will be traveling with 300+ jello shots, Patron, a few bottles of Boones Farm for when the sun is going down, a keg, and as much N!gger music that can fit onto a 32g IPhone. LOL

Can't for the life of me figure out why a white man would want to listen to that blue gum music.

Your not singling anyone out bro, I agree 100% I think Uncle-J was just trying to liven it up. Jello-shots are welcome & music too but just keep it to a minimum. I will be making more comments like the one above

Rule 1: We idle by anyone fishing that is anchored or using trolling motor... NO WAKE

For sure! I know what your saying  We don't want to make anyone upset that we are there or leave any bad taste for any locals who run there a lot.

Do people wake board in the lake? Do they have tower speakers?

Just try to avoid the all the fisherman that you can. They're the ones that are gonna get pissed. Be respectful and you shouldn't have anything to worry about!

I just pictured a big lake.

J i don't remeber seeing wide open lake, there was always trees somewhere or some kind of brush, its not like Sam Rayburn of Toledo. You guys will have alot of fun! Lots of nice scenery and good trails to ride, my favorite was the Cathedral ditch. Hell i liked all of it, the main Bayou had some real nice camps and houses, thats where i seen some Wake Boats but not very many. The people around there are very nice, and if you talk to them they will almost always tell you they enjoy people coming from out of town and they say to just go out and have fun and enjoy the lake.

Me and a buddy went and rode saturday, lots of fishermen, lots of lookers and one wakeboard boat. I didn't realize how loud my crossover was until saturday, I will have my silencer in if I get to make it to this ride. Lots of kayakers too, they will be where you think they aren't!

I just got confirmation on our Lodge. We are in.

The Lodge we have is on the water. The owner said that If the water would be deeper, we could pull our boat in the yard. I told him what we were going to be in, and he said, " you shouldn't have any problem."

We have a big porch on the water with fans. If anyone wants to plan to cook on Saturday Night, let me know. We can cook anything.

What's it called J? Is it up off the river somewhere or in Uncertain?

Whispering Pines

It is across from the #7 shipwreck owned by Hodge Podge.

From what we Hear, it is very nice.

Cool. That's right up the street from Crips. I'm assuming there will be quite a few renting cabins at crips and we can use that as a central place for everyone to hang out, have a cookout, etc... You can also park your boat there overnight if you don't have a good place to dock where you are.

Post subject:  Re: Getting Ready!!!

As states above, we are on the lake. We will be able to park boat in our own back yard

I saw that...on the bank. Just saying, you can probably park it in a boat house if needed.

The house J's got is on the river if I remember correctly. Be a good place to cook but also to agravate people close by. I agree with CaddoB, as long as we act like white folks we won't have any problems. Treat folks like we want to be treated in their situation and we are fine.
X2 hyperj, That crossover is a loud b***h in the woods w/out the baffle in. I will be wearing mines baffle also. Help to hear the music also.
