The year before last was the first year I ever went. You could tell that the boys put some effort in to organizing it. Everything went very smooth and didn't even look planned, but I can tell you now that I know there was def some planning involved and I don't blame you at all for wanting to keep it a little more simple now. Only complaint I ever had was when going from a public ride for several years, to a private ride for the first year I didn't see any point in rubbing it in the faces of those who weren't invited. If it's private, keep it that way.
Last year wasn't bad. Hell we had a great time, but general consensus from pretty much everyone I've talked to about it had a much better time on Thurs and Fri before the "big ride". Saturday was too many people, too much confusion, no routes planned, just kinda hectic for a little while. Can it be done, yeah for sure. Wouldn't even take that much effort, but it will take some. Nobody I talked to wants to deal with it and would rather meet up a few times on a few different weekends and have a good time the whole time like we did on the first couple days last year. I wasn't opposed to doing a big ride, but nobody else really wanted to help or really even go
, so I said fuck it. When I get some dates lined up that I know at least my small crew will be out there, I'll try to post a few of them up, but as for a big ride we aren't gonna do it. Someone else can and I will probably go if they do, but I ain't gonna fool with it.
