We usually yank a camper down and stay at Elliotts and just ride the boats up to packs for the start of the duck run. Elliotts usually hosts a fine after-party

That is one thing I haven't done is camped for the run. When it was in May, I considered it but not in June

Where you boys setting up camp? We have stayed at Carolina king the past few years, but didn't feel like putting up with the old dick that runs the joint. Trying to figure out where there will be a good party going on before and after the run

I was actually going to stay at Carolina kings this year but work isnt gona allow me to do that. Our game plan is to do the run then book it to moncks corner and grab a hotel and party there since the mud run will reach its prime around 10am. Calling for a -0.3 tide at the old rice mill

I'm from Sumter so we'll be coming back home that weekend. I dont want to get to toted off by mosquitos spending the night on the river!

If this rain keeps up I wouldn't be surprised if some people try portions of the run in bay boats! Lol

A week away boys! The duck run is gona be a monster this year! Ive heard estimates of over 400 boats this year! I enjoy the duck run but the mud run is where its at!

During the duck run no. The mud run is Sunday in Moncks Corner out of Cypress Garden landing. Low tide is around 10 so people will be showing up around 8

I don't think my motor is strong enough to push my boat through straight mud. Water and mud but not straight mud.

Great time as always. Big shout-out to the guys that make this a reality. DNR reported nearly 500 boats in attendance. Had a great time even tho i separated my belt-housing from my motor. Fixed it Sunday morning in time for the mud run. Video is being edited right now. Will post when complete. Wish I had taken more pictures.

I ready June 1st.. Missed this past year thanks to my Mud buddy being broken down all but 6 weeks of the 9 months I owned it. Got my Gator tail being built now cant wait for this year!
