My threads are fucked on my godevil where the lower seal housing by the prop screws on. I think it's 1-1/4 or so diameter. Anyone have any dies this big???? Help me! 254-716-2116. I'll be coming from Waco Texas and was planning on leaving at 1!

It's a 1"-11 1/2 TPI. Just had a guy at work looking for the exact same thing. Weird. I've checked to see if a Fastenal around you has any, but did not find one. It's pipe thread though. Not bolt thread.

Can you check college station/Houston/Conroe/ Beaumont etc? Assuming you work there and its easier for you... If not, don't worry about it

Not looking good. But I did just get a hold of 1" pipe thread die, so we'll see what happens tonight

It's straight. NPS should work. Don't believe it's a taper.

Ah, yes, definitely tapered. The guy that came into my branch this morning only had that bushing seal.

Lol, I wasn't gonna open that can of worms!:shock: You should have told me that, I could have pulled him just as easy. I was behind him when the prop and all flew off, so I pulled beside him about the time you pulled up in front. Anyway, good to meet you and thanks for helping out.

I saw it happen, and I know about where the prop would be if there's much left to it. When his motor over-revved, he pulled the shaft out of the water and there was just a hole. Looked kinda like a jet propelled GT, just wouldn't go anywhere. It broke off about 3" inside the housing. I started to take a picture but I felt bad for the guy. Who was that? Is he on here?

Handiman, no idea who he was. He seemed pretty nonchalant about the ship, however that was a sight new to me, so it may have rattled my nerves a little bit, but I was confident with the angle!
