Going yankee on the Texas Coast
Hunted Saturday and Sunday out in the bay. Blue snorter of a northern came in Saturday night and we had 30 mph north winds. Everyone's bay blinds were dry so I took out the marsh rat boat for the first time. Only got to hunt for about an hour before the wind got too strong to be out and the waves started splashing water in the boat. First pic is my camp where normally there is water up to the dock. Finally got to shoot a butterball in 24 years of hunting. Fun way to hunt.
