Got me a 9 year old pintail last year , banded in Saskatoon , Saskatchewan . First band , wasn't expecting it . Christmas Eve morning. , nice little Christmas present. .

Oh heres the funny part - the 2 guys I took with me both missed it lol

It was one of my better 35yd shots and I folded it like a phone book

A400 with a kicks HF MOD with kent 3" #2's @ 1450 fps

Way to go man. Your first band is always sweet. We're you hunting down at Confederation park?? The grass gives it away. :lol: :lol: we did well this year with 5 total in our group of guys. Got 3 in oneday first time ever to see that many. I found out we have a new biologist up this way and they started to band on a few of the places we hunt up here. They must band on Camden lak,no?

Of all the places I've hunted and ducks I've killed, I've killed two banded woodies on a small creek behind the house.
One from Wisconsin the other from Tennessee, crazy where these birds wind up.
