Brooks, you need a 4' x 8' piece of "StarBoard" for the cutting board. They can be found all over and shipped directly to you. I'd make the rest of the table out of stainless. It will last forever done right. I'd avoid putting wood in the mix as it holds & traps bacteria/ odors. |

Whatever that stuff they make bathroom stall divider walls out of is some good stuff too. We got some from a school renovation and cut it to different sizes. I don't know what it's called but I imagine you can get a big sheet of it...it was solid plastic something... |

Hey Brooks, from starboard it comes in a 54"x8' sheet. Alot of the places that you can buy from will sell you a whole sheet for less than if they have to cut it for you (with the exact same skill saw that your probably own)..........just something to look into. Tell them that you want a price on a "whole sheet." I sell a bunch of starboard over here, in 1/2" black and white, but shipping is going to cost you as much as the starboard to ship something that large. |

Brooks if you find a place locally let me know otherwise I can find it here and bring it to you when I head that direction in a few weeks... Just not sure on your timing for this project. |
