Coming down this summer with my boys to chase some Reds. I have been quite a few times, but I was wondering when the peak season was. Any help would just give a day less of scouting, and more catching. Not really set on the locations jus south LA. Over. |

No peak season really. Winter is my favorite time, but we have plenty in the summer as well. Come on down, we'll get you fixed up. |

All year but as the seasons change u just have to change ur methods. It really depends on what style of fishing u like. |

Free bowfish trip for u and your boys if the weather is right...and im off...and if u come down near south lafourche/grand isle/fourchon/leeville/golden meadow. guaranteed fish if winds less than 10mph. |

If u staying at Allens lodge, it in Nairn, about 19 miles above Venice. Venice is good right now, but there is a lot of good areas in Empire/Buras on the East and West side of the river. Lots of fish being caught right now, but its fixin to get a whole lot better. |

I seen a few 2 weeks ago but only a handful. They were only about 2" long. Usually it's loaded this time of year. I'm sure the reds will follow them in along with every thing else Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
