got invited to head up there after christmas for the weekend. flooded rice and timber. pretty excited. never been up there. only south louisiana and florida. hopefull this front will get the birds moving... |

Good hunting over that way. Should get good right around new years, supposed to *snow *More than likely a mix of rain, some ice pellets, and 4 snow flakes that will shut down the entire state and cause a panic. |

Brandon, did you see the spot right past your mailbox/driveway? Some kid ran off the road Tuesday morning there. Didn't hit the trees though. Right after the rain slacked off around noon. |

hunting wasnt the best. shot about 15 birds in two days w 4 guys. it was great to see something other than the marsh though. hunted venice yesterday and hosed em. 2 man limit in an hr. 4 cans! pintail and gadwall |
