I need a pair of hunting gloves that are truly waterproof. It seems every gore-tex glove I try I still end up with wet hands. Any of you guys found a glove that you can still shoot with (not too bulky) that will keep the digits dry in bad weather? |

I've been searching for years. Take a look at the seal skinz gloves. I haven't tried them yet bc they were damn expensive last time I looked but I think I'll be trying them this year. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I had a pair of the early seal skinz gloves. If they haven't changed at all I'd save your money. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I gave up on gloves years ago, I put a hot hands in each front coat pocket and don't wear gloves. Wet gloves, whether your hands are actually wet or not are colder than bare hands and I can't stand any glove when shooting to begin with. |

Yeah, they leak. And don't throw them in the dryer. They have a liner like a garbage bag that melts real quick in the dryer. Mine came apart fast, weren't that warm, and leaked pretty quickly. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

The only glove I have ever found that was actually water proof and I could shoot with was Under Armor. I cannot remember the model, but they are the midweight camo style. They have that reflective liner inside, so my hands seemed to sweat on even the coldest days up here in MN. Due to that, I gave up on them and just pack a few pairs of cheap fleece gloves and I bought a cheap pair of insulated chemical gloves from a fleet store. I use them for picking up decoys when is ass biting cold out. I get good results and spend way less money than you would on a spendy pair of name brand neoprene gloves that all suck IMO. |

Hey, we see some 20s from time to time! It even snowed once... It was more of a stab at this and the uproar it created: http://www.outdoorhub.com/news/2016/08/ ... ah-bowmar/ |

Unless your having to hold the gun the whole hunt, Will's way is the ticket. Find a jacket with wool lined chest pockets. If it's bitter out, throw a hot hands in each pocket. USXC's idea on those insulated chemical gloves also applies on long boat runs. I keep a glove looped in my kill switch cord. |

I was warned as a youngster that a certain activity would cause hair to grow on my palms, never looked back.. I keep a few pairs of cheap chore gloves in small dry bags and put on a pair once decoys are out and I'm all settled in. Ice armor has a nice glove for Minnesota late season and ice fishing. I've bought reasonably priced neoprene gloves and liners from a commercial windowwashing supply company down the street from work before as well- http://www.harryfalk.com/gloves.html |
