Buyer Beware of Bowfishingstore.com for Bowfishing Lights
PSA: Buyer Beware of Bowfishingstore.com, bowlite.com, and Game Getter USA.
Unfortunately, I recently purchased (10) 50W LED Lights from Bowfishingstore.com in the 2700K Led Color. After waiting 3 weeks for them to arrive, the lights that finally showed up were the wrong color (3000K). On top of that, they don’t look anything like the lights pictured on the bowfishingstore.com website. Anyway, I decided to return the lights, submitted a return request and sent an email to the store. It’s been over two weeks and I haven’t received any response back from them. In fact, my return request that I submitted has magically disappeared from their website. I’ve sent multiple emails, and called every number I can find associated with them (they don’t list phone numbers, and don’t deal over the phone at all). I suggest anyone thinking about purchasing bowfishing lights steer clear and get them from a quality company elsewhere.

Damn man. I wish they'd fix you up. You never know though! once a post is made on MMT about a company, people from said company start to magically appear to make it right. Hopefully it helps you out!
I wish you didn't have to deal with that crap! But enjoy the new boat!

They have a Facebook page? Maybe some pressure, physical address for Google reviews?

Go ahead and file a dispute with your credit card company if you haven't done so already. Takes about 90 days to clear, but you will get your money back.

They would have run it as credit. Wouldn't enter a pin on a website. He should be protected.

Just following up on it. C's bank refunded him the money. Thanks again CB for that info.
