Was out riddin Saturday and caught this porker, he weighed in at 350+lbs and had some 4" cutters. He had a none to friendly dispositionS4200030-1.jpg. |

Damn nice hog swamplord. We're starting to get a population of feral hogs here in Michigan (the welfare wonderland) as well. Just not on my side of the state, yet!  When they do make it over here , I guarintee I'll have pork in the frezzer every year! Do you get them quite often in OK? He sort of looks like a russian hog with the color fur. Either way a nice porker. Should net you some nice eaten.Smoke |

smoke, gatorpoints got that right, thier every where down here. we killed 8 that day, he was just the biggest and once you get them they aint leavin. its about the only thing here we can still hunt private land free for. |

Mutts eh! LMAO The main thing to me is how do they taste? If they taste like any other hog, I'm all in brother. Nothing like a little bacon wrapped whatever on the ole grill. Pork chops, ham, sausage, all the good stuff your not supposed to eat, are my favorites. Grits and red eyed gravy when I'm South with a huge helping of collard greens once a day at least. So how do they taste swamplord? I'm guessin pretty good it ya'll killed 8 of em! My buddy in Ms. shot one off island 65 I think in the ole muddy. His daddy has a deer lease there, he doesn't hunt with him much but that day he killed 2 hogs and no deer. I had some as he calls it "wild hog sausage" It was awesome! You lucky dogs you! Smoke |
