Any tips on places to launch and areas to fish around Caernarvon? I'm thinking about making a trip this weekend. |

Well Damn! I just looked at the updated map. One more reason to have a mudboat. You can always find somewhere to fish. Guess I'll be hitting some local lakes until....... Thanks |

Yea it sucks I was ready for some reds and green trout action by the house now thats all over. I can still fish Bienvenue but I have much more success and variety in Delacroix and Caernarvon. Not to mention my quick trips after night shifts for fresh reds are over also. The worst part is this is far from over and the currents are going to pull/push it to the west also, the whole coast will be affected. |

Well I went out there last week on Thursday and didn't see anything but mullets and I was looking hard too, I had my poles with me to fish for some reds ![]() |
