 Garmin TracksMy first trip to Caddo I did a lot of research on where to run. I found a file on the internet good for Garmin and other compatible devices. You can use your Waypoint Manager to upload the tracks to your GPS device.

Re: Garmin Tracks Download Zip file. Unzip files and place on desktop.
Run waypoints manager your device should be plugged into your computer at this point. Open the file using waypoint manager. The file should be on your desktop that you just extracted.
