I wanted to thank the event organizers for yesterday. Had a awesome time and enjoyed meeting everyone. Its good to know everyone played a small part in making a difference in such a beautiful place. Clay, TJ you two did an outstanding job!! |

Agreed, it was a good time.. We left around 6:30 this morning, still on the road headed back to LA it was worth the drive though. Hope to see all y'all again next time. Oh yeah and thanks to all you that have hydro turf I'm going to have to break my bank and get it now. |

I should have some good pics and video from go pro mounted on the front of the boat. Will have to wait until get back to get them on the computer. |

I had a great time as well!!! I was blown away by the generosity and willing mess to help out our home lake. Everyone seemed to have a great time and we will definitely do it again next year on the first weekend if June! |

Thanks to everyone who participated! Final numbers wont be in until tj gets the rest of the tshirts mailed out but I was very happy with the guesstimate going to the caddo lake institute. Had a lot of local folks come down and thank us for doing what we can to help out. Thanks to all of the sponsors, tj for all the work he put into this thing, coe for helping us out with the tshirts (which were badass!), and midnight smokers for keeping all of us fed (food was great!). We did a great thing and I look forward to helping out with it next year! |

I echo the op as well as a few other comments. Shafer and CB, thank you for the work you put forth to make this thing a success. We had a fukn blast. I was glad to take part in the festivities and enjoyed meeting a lot of new folks. You guys deserve a standing ovation!!!

Yes, a big thanks to TJ & Clay. I bet next years event will be even bigger. The outpouring of support and welcoming we received by all the friendly residents was great. When I explained our purpose for being on the lake, each individual expressed support. It's become a big issue. I had TCU Biologist staying next door so I was able to talk to them about the Mercury studies they are doing on the lake. It was also great to hear from the experts at Crip's Saturday night. According to the experts a better use of funds is staying with the weevil program as opposed to spraying. |
