Yeah I've been in contact with Matt through the whole thing and I sure appreciate u standing up for the mishap. Though it's not ur fault kudos to u bud. You shouldn't be having I handle this if you weren't in control I the boat, but again thanks for stepping up

all i got to say is dont think TPWD hasnt taken notice. when the seagrass law was passed i remember the emails about the setx mud run. widgeon grass is a seagrass. its just a matter of time before this gets shut down. remember lake fausse point.. just sayin

but when they fill bessie heights with dredge spoil like is on the schedule, it wont matter anyway.

We've been putting the run on for 5 years and haven't seen the first game warden or any kind of law enforcement. We keep the areas clean and go way away from any kind of main water ways and keep to ourselves. I have lots of friends that are wardens and when i talk to them about it they say we are a good ggroup of guys and they don't have to worry about us. So as long as we can keep that same relationship with the law then we'll be good to go. But i will say it'll only take one severe incident to shut it down for good!
