How much money was raised last year and where did the money go? I do not recall seeing this grandiose deck or boat ramp that was to be built with the money raised from the mud run.

I have the money sitting in an interest bearing savings account in it's own name (SETX Mud Run).

$6,073.67 currently and that's net as Keith has not given me an invoice for the T-Shirts that were ordered from the supplier/ printer? I've asked for it but haven't received it. I know he's building a new shop and swamped right now. The T-shirt cost I am pretty sure will be eaten by either Keith or myself but that cost will not come out of the number shown above I can promise you that.

I am sick and completely upset & no joke that its taking this long.

I have been trying for over a year to get any kind of help in the SETX area regarding this issue.

The way I understand it is that we are building a new fishing pier/ dock. We have 2 CAD drawings (which I have) they are a cross sections for the new dock. Now, here's where it gets confusing apparently, with all the bureaucratic red tape we have to jump through we need engineered drawings or architectural renderings on how it would be built? Then those drawings need to be taken to a place like Home Depot or a Lumber Yard & have it priced out as a complete package for all the lumber / materials. Then we take that quote to the wildlife office to get approved.

Just so everyone knows, recently, the only expense is the new logo for 2014 ($150) and I pulled the trigger on the 2013 video ($500) so we'll have a 15 min DVD available for 2013 and a 2-3 min YouTube 2014 promo video for the 2014 event. The 2013 full video teaser (2-3 min) available only on YouTube, so for the full version you have to get the DVD... COMING SOON! DVD's will probably be like $10 max and all proceeds go to the rebuilding of the fishing dock. The 2014 will also be made and done in March 2014 and will be available for purchase as well.

Also, I'm going to bring the guy out there to video the event do some interviews and shout outs where you're from etc. This is bundled into a program I am doing in 2014 for FishWestEnd, LLC and the fishing tournaments/ fundraising I do down in Galveston.

In addition to the videographer for the 2014 event, a buddy & I have personally been working with a new 4 blade helicopter that has a gyro mounted camera on it for aerial footage at the event. This thing is amazing and will give some great prospective shots from the air.

We are motioning to not doing a fundraiser this year due to a lack of venue and help. The money that will be raised/made through t-shirt sales will go directly to the savings account. The plan is to reorganize this fun event after the 2014 date. We want to bring back the fundraising immediately as it was a highly successful event. We would probably like to bring in some more people to help and move SETX Mud Run to either an LLC or 501c3 so if you're interested shoot me a PM.

Coe pm me. , as a contractor , I deal with this daily , it's not a big deal . There could. ( maybe )(I'll try to get them stamped pro bono. ) be a fee for an engineer to stamp them . As far as your take offs I'll do those for free , and get you in touch with most economical pricing for that area. .
