Just a little update and shout out for my buddy, Josh Campbell of the Midnight Smokers', and his teammates David Simms and Steven Shires.

Menu has changed a little. Right now the plans are pulled pork sandwiches for lunch. Looking like it's going to be chicken and sausage for dinner.

For those who don't know, Midnight Smokers' is who cooked for us last year and will be cooking again for us this year. They were the Grand Champions at this years Louisiana State Championship, "Smoking on the Red". They also took first place for their pulled pork, 6th place for their chicken, and 7th for their ribs. The win got them invited to the American Royal Invitational and a lottery ball for the Jack Daniels World Championship.


Josh said his pulled pork and chicken are the best he's got, and we'll be in for a treat! He's looking forward to helping out and we're definitely looking forward to having some great food!

Id be glad to help out with plates, cups or whatever if its needed clay. Just text me when ya figure out what's needed and ill do what I can to help out.

Josh and his team put another Grand Champion win under their belt this weekend, pulling off 1st in chicken, 2nd in ribs, and 2nd in brisket.
