Do you have lights to bring? It would probably be nice. I know TJ is planning on getting a band to come and stuff, but not really sure what the details on all that are and how we're planning on setting all that up. I'll let you know though, waiting on TJ to call me back right now. |

I can get a few lights from United Rentals for a hundred bucks or so must be picked up after 3 pm Friday and returned Monday morning. We'd need someone local.... Also we were talking about a tent but not sure the status of that. |

Yes we will need lights. The only light at crips is a mercury security light on a pole and whatever light you get from the porch lights on the cabins (if they are actually working). The band I had lined up for saturday night is being shady. I've already paid them a down payment (out of my pocket) and now they are saying that their lead singer and drummer might not be able to come. Sounds like an ass whoopin is about to come on. So, yes we need lights and it would be great to find another band so I could tell these guys to fuck off. VERY IMPORTANT!!!! Everyone bring a thermocell (bug spray, candles, whatever). With all of the rain we have had in east texas lately the fucking mosquitoes are horrible!!!!!!!! They will attach our ass and fuck your old ladies! Everyone needs to bring something to keep them away! |

Cancel the band and the tent idea. Tell them to give your money back, they changed the deal..., I'll have a small tent set up with a table near the food for the girls to sell food, raffle tickets, and t shirts. Thats all we need. Anyone who has a guitar and wants to play, bring it and do your thing. I think it will be more fun that way. |
