Huck Finn and I (mostly Huck :lol: ) are cooking dinner again for everyone Saturday night at the after party.

Making Pastalaya again.

Just looking for a soft head count of who's eating.
We didn't have much leftover last year, and are planning to cook the same.

Looking at the list WEA posted we should have about the same amount of people.

For those making their first SETX ride the after party Saturday night is a good time, and a great place to put faces to names you saw during the ride.

20 gallon black pot full o pastalaya ( pork , chicken , and sausage )
Garden side salad. , dressing of choice .( ranch, Italian, Ceaser )
French bread .
