She isn't doing too good, she seems very lethargic lately (last 24 hours) she seems bloated, no pain in tummy when I push and poke, gum's pink, she started this coughing almost hiccup thing last night. Almost like she is clearing her throat etc. Any advice or information would be helpful she ate but didn't feel like running when outside. I notice it more when she is worked up ie. running up the stairs to my room or going down the stairs for a walk. Here are a couple of videos...

get a heartworm test she seems to have all the symptoms.

She just started this 24 hours ago. I need to get both pups checked & they have been on HeartGuard religiously since puppies. I'll take her to the vet to get checked out. Not really what I wanted to hear, I know they are both current on shots etc.

It's really only when she's overexerted herself she is laying next to me on the couch playing rolling on her back wanting tummy rubs etc

hopefully its a reverse sneeze! Mine started something similar and a daily allergy medicine took care of it!!! Good luck!

More than likely it is a reverse sneese as said above. Dog allergies are the main cause of them. Dogs sneeze inturnally and it resembles a hick-up. My boss has a beagle that gets them all the time. They can look pretty dramatic at times.
