This is my first boykin. She is about 5 months right now... 8 weeks in the pic. Have you ever owned a Boykin?

Don't know these folks so don't vouch for them, but got this email the other day from them..

"We will have a litter of boykins in April if you are still interested in a puppy. Please let me know as we are preparing a wait/deposit list. Thanks.

Post Re: Looking for a Boykin
here are a few pics of mine from this week. I got mine from a local guy who has a female from brandywine creek. His brother has the sire up in Oregon. Both of the parents are extremely well bred with an alphabet of titles and certifications. Most boykin breeders are doing there best to keep the breed as clean as possible. Thats why most try to limit registration to dogs that are eye, hip, and heat certified and with at least a senior hunt title. I cant register my dog with the boykin spaniel society until I do all those things. They just recently became AKC recognized. if you would like I can find out when he plans to breed again... I highly recommend a dog from him. I would also look at Brandywine, J&L, and Mossy Oak.

Found this on another site. Don't know how to link to it so I coppied and pasted, hopefully it works.

My Georgia's Sweet Haydee and Dan Reel's St. Thomas Chief bred Dec. 10 and we have puppies on the way. These dogs will be great hunters and pets. Chief is a distinguished hunter and very accomplished in the world of trials and is only 3 1/2 yrs old! Haydee is a great hunter and has excellent drive and temperment. She is 3 1/2 yrs old and this will be her first litter. Both dogs are BSS registered and the litter will be as well. The dogs will be $1200, all pups will be introduced to wings and water before they leave..... Puppies finally here, 2 males and 2 females. Born FEB. 9. Will be ready to leave March 30th. If interested or questions call 229-326-3507....first two pics are Haydee; last three are Chief;
