Go back and read what cat squirrel posted. Read it multiple times theirs alotta good info in there. I'm gonna guess his level of finished OB is way different than yours and probably mine. Think about it, a lot of what you train a dog to do and not do involves changing what's "natural" to him.

neut will help but if hes already doing it often it will be harder to correct..catch him in the act and give a loud no..if he stops and doesnt mark whatever he was about to..praise him..takes time though

Even better question is how Jason will guide his dog in right direction when he can't see dummy but that's not my problem he said he can do it and it will make me $100 richer

If you read the OP, you'll see that wasn't his question. He has no intention of breeding. He is asking if the dog will quit pissing on everything but maintain his drive to hunt. You're gonna have to try harder than that to make someone look like less of a dumbass than you on here...

Neutering will cut back on him marking but won't eliminate it. I stopped my male chessie from marking in the house by leaving his ecoller on and zapping his ass every time he tried to mark. He doesn't do it in the house anymore.... but show up to a new location, he needs 10 min to sniff and piss before he calms to train.....

As a Police K9 handler I can say that this subject had always been controversial My K9 had prostate issues and had to get cut. It made a world of difference in calming him down but little effect on his drive. If anything it helped out once he was calmed down he was easier to work with. But the marking issue has to be corrected at a young age otherwise it's a constant battle. You have to make swift correction ONLY at the time the undesired behavior is taking place.
