Last week I ordered a replacement transmitter and a receiver charger but only the transmitter came in. I called tritronics to see what happened and the woman looked up my order and apologized for the mix up. She told me it would be shipped out today no charge. I was wondering how they would handle the shipping cost but boy did they come through. Gotta love me some tritronics
