It's been a long winter and spring has finally decided to stay. What with the shoulder issue (surgery), my four dogs have been hibernating. After a few "romps" to break through the cob webs and stretch a bit, we did more conditioning at the Riverside Park DTA. It was a short drive to a large section of land that is often a flood plain. Previous spring floods have swept several trees up into the area and "left them". The county just mows around them.
The setup was mostly short and fun. A camera was taken into the field for a few photos which resulted in doing a lot more than the initial plan. I never noticed how "different" jumping forms look in "stop action".
Daisy, Gunny and Kooly were going for the exercise. My oldest is Taffey and she went out with me to pick up the equipment. Taffey is getting up in age and lately I have begun to lift her rear end to get her in the van. When we got out there, there was no way I couldn't at least give her a chance. She made it over the first time and the second time revealed that her mind remains sharp.
The best photos were made into a YouTube slide show.
