But the only "champion" title for working labs is Field Champion, Amateur Field Champion, and then NFC (national) and NAFC. I am sorry you are right he silver plated last year at the Nat. field test ,Two Timing Willie boy, hoping he will do it again , his dad did it 2 times back to back silver plate at the nat. He was rocket man . The brother did the competition stuff with the father of mine male. Makes for a great hunting dog but hunting doesn't make for a great comp dog i guess. Got 2 young boys in karate, baseball and now skeet/trap maybe, no time to compete with dogs. I shoot the bird he/she gets the bird, good dog! The new pup already took to the water and dives believe it or not! At least tries and stick her head under.
