Had a few questions regarding contest rules etc, so I figured I would post them here. 2 Categories Clear (White Lightening) Flavored Blind Taste Test - Judges will not know whos is whos jar. Judging Criteria - 3 judges - each judge will use a scoring system of 1-10 points. Clear - Alcohol content & Smoothness I have a proofing device for % of alcohol Flavored - Flavor and Smell Again 1-10 scale So far for Judges I have: Migrator Big Country (??) Tperkins (??) If you wish to enter in the contest, please just get with me at the after party with your entry. Please bring a quart or pint jar containing your entry. (plain jar, no markings) Prizes - 1st place trophy for each category. Bragging rights until next year. |

Just for clarification purposes. Flavored has to be real and not some store bought stuff with fruit and flavors added in it, correct? |
