Post Lunch and dinner for Saturday.
Once again, we are lucky enough to have Josh Campbell and his tournament cooking team, "The Midnight Smokers", donate their time and excellent culinary skills to come out and cook for us during the event. Plans for menu right now is gonna be pulled pork sandwiches for lunch with chips. For dinner he's planning on doing brisket, potato salad, baked beans, and at least one other option for meats (likely pork tenderloin, sausage, or chicken). For those that have made it the last couple years, you know how good this ol' boy can cook. For those making their first trip, you'll be in for a treat!

Lunch will be $7 a plate, dinner will be $10 a plate. Portions are usually pretty generous. The girls should have tickets available for the giveaway for sale during both lunch and dinner, as well as any t-shirts we still have available.

Food is something we usually just barely break even on, but our cooks don't charge us anything for their time. Just actual food costs. All funds raised at this event will go directly to the GCLA. If anyone would like to put funds directly to the cause, or help fund the lunch and dinner so more of the income from that will make it back to the lake, please shoot me a pm. We also need some small items; plates, napkins, chips, onions, pickles, etc. If anyone would like to volunteer to help with one or more of these items, please shoot me a pm.

Please check in on the roll call thread if you have not done so yet. Help us keep a headcount so Josh and his team can make sure we have enough food for everyone, but not a ton of waste. Thanks!

Anyone coming for the first time, you will definitely get your $17 worth out of this food. Josh does a great job and the food has been on point every year he has been involved. :!:
