 Need a rib recipe for the BGE

I have been using John Henrys East Texas pork rub on my ribs. Ol John Henry can throw out some good flavor. Randy

go to the "egghead forum" and look up Car Wash Mike's recipe.
I omit the foiling. probably the easiest and best for egg

i use cajunland seasoning and dust really well. cook them in the inverted roast rack vertically at 250 for about 3 hours till the bone starts to separate from the meat. then i baste them with stubs and let them cook for another 15 minutes to carmelize the sauce.
can't beat the egg
