 Linkage spring set up Can someone post a pic of the spring setup on the back of a 35 hp

Re: Linkage spring set up I see that on your motor that the small spring is in the upper position,on my motor it is just below the purple spring.Is there a reason for this.My motor will free rev 4550rpm and when it hits the water 3350rpm is all I can get.I have bought springs,adjusted tabs until i'm blue in the face.Any help would be greatly apprecited.

Re: Linkage spring set up Those pics are the spring setup on a 35, not sure why yours is different but you should try to copy them and see if it solves your problem.
