 Finally did it Well after months of beating around the bush I finally got a mud motor. Ordered a 23 HP high performance mudbuddy with a 40 in shaft from Kieth at setx. Got a lil wait though I'm eager to get it in and go ride. 6 weeks was the estimate but that's what I get for waiting at least it will be in by teal season.

Re: Finally did it Well for now just a 16x44 alweld not what I wanted to have to do but it will work for now. Such a light boat should run pretty damn good though.

Re: Finally did it I have a buddy that had a 23 LA Special on a 1448 Alweld. I was surprised @ how well it did. 25 mph with 3 ppl.
