 Uncle J 1854
Im considering an Uncle J 1854, pretty bare bones. Ill be running a Stage 1 PD. Anyone running a comprable rig? How you like it? Hows it carry a load? Speed? Or anything else you want to tell me that has to do with this boat.

 Re: Uncle J 1854
Stage 1 would make that PD scream.... Be sure to have J install you a grab bar I think BradS has some comparable mods but doesn't have the UncleJ hull (PD instead)

 Re: Uncle J 1854
Well you can take BradS speeds empty and figure that's an average 2 man load. Not taking shots at brad cause I'm the same way,put a skinny mofo in my rig and it'll fly

My 1854 runs 28 all day with just mikuni and exhaust and carries a nice load. Fast enough for me.

 Re: Uncle J 1854
My 1860 ran 28 stock. With mods it runs 33 will bump 34. With 2 people (400 lbs) + 9ga gas, 2 batteries & 65Q yetti filled to brim along with my casting deck & poling platform we ran 30mph all day.

 Re: Uncle J 1854
Im running a 1854 unc-j. I was running a stock 35 mudbuddy and was getting about 27 with 2ppl. I just sent my heads off last week and i have a BPS cam and a new prop coming so i can let you know how it runs once i get everything put together. I am guessing i can hit 30 unloaded and i hope to run 27 or so with 3ppl and full hunting gear. But i guess i will see soon

 Re: Uncle J 1854
To run 34 MPH you gotta be spinning 4400-4500 RPM's IMO. My shit is bout 30 31 ish at 4100. Your truck prolly gets 26 MPG too

Short it would be safe to say you will have a 30-32 mph boat light but carry a load at 27 or so
