 why do people who are grilling hamburgers smash them down and let all the juices flow out of them ? See it all the time, nothng worse then a dried out burger

Re: why do people when they are cookin they have a tendency to tighten up making them look smaller in diameter but now they are taller,at this point someone will mash them with some sort of grilling implement of destruction.
Some people just don't know how to make a good burger.
