 RPMs
I just got a tach after scouting today and my rpms are 3900 WOT with clutch engaged (on the trailer) and 4200 in neutral... What is a safe number to turn it up to or should I not mess with it... (motor is a stock mud buddy 35)

 Re: RPMs
If you are loosing 300RPM with the clutch engaged with the motor on the trailer- you have something else going on. Your governor is set correctly but you should have 4200 RPM OOW w/ or w/o clutch engaged. A thing to check- Pull your prop and see if you have fishing line or something binding behind the prop. Fishing line can act like a brake.
