 Coot Gizzards.... Anyone love em besides me? Call me crazy but I love em! HUGE too, about twice the size of a good chicken gizzard.
I used crushed Ritz and everglades.. How about you folks?

Coot Gizzards.... Anyone love em besides me? I don't eat them personally but the old man next door say they're better than duck or chicken gizzards.
