 Cajun fried wild turkey breast tendersSoak cut up strips in milk for a few hrs, drain em and season with garlic salt, tony cachere's, pepper. Drop em in Zatarian's Cajun Fish Fry batter and fry em outside. Gat-Dang! They are some kind of good. Especially with a few cold ones.
