yeah,,,its happens often.

The major companies recruit guys with school so hard, that they play all the companies against themselves. Its kinda sad that years ago thier lifting cost were so low compared to now adays. Its caused by high paid people with actully no experience and these companies are very top heavy!

Lots of chiefs, but not so many indians! :|

Yeah its the same way over here also. I like it when we get a engineer out here fresh out of college trying to tell a man with 25+ years of operating experience on how to operate a platform!

Along with all the standards and life saving rules we have to follow along with having to have a permit for everything we do. It's amazing that any work gets done out here anymore.
