Decided to gut my 1644 and did away with the flotation inside and also bought a 36 to hang on it. Thought I might as well redo everything while I was at it. Big thanks to RJ for doing the work to my boat. He does great work and he's a cool cat. He raised the transom and did my seat. The motor runs great on it too. I couldn't be happier with my boat now. It's almost exactly how I want it. I have a few more little things to do. All turf is b-grade black with all edges siliconed that butt up to anything. Got tired of dirt and crap working under the edges. Took it out today with the family and it was a huge performance boost with the new prop. When we hit the lake I forgot to gps but the front end sucked down tight and it was running good. Tried to gps coming back but the water was too rough. I couldn't keep the boat in the water so I couldn't stay in the gas long. Hit 25 though with wife (100lbs maybe) and my 7&2yo rugrats, cooler, and all their crap. Big thanks to CB and OD for answering a lot of dumbass pd questions and there will probably be more coming I'll do a thorough review when I get more stick time.

Thanks guys. Glad to be finished. That's a lot of work getting these boats like ya want em. Ready to run in some decent water. That lake was bad rough this afternoon on the run back.
