 Puppy biting
Ok guys I just got a 8 week old yellow lab puppy and the dog love to bite our fingers and toes is there any way I can stop this? I'm new to training and don't know much about it. I have read that giving a pup chew toys will give it hard mouth is this true? Do any of you guys give your pups chew toys? Any help would be appreciated thanks

 Re: Puppy biting
my dog was the same way when he was a puppy, he bit everything. we gave him chew toys but that did not stop the problem and did not give him a hard mouth. he eventually grew out of it.

 Re: Puppy biting
When he bites you take your finger and push his cheek in his mouth and let him bite down.He will learn that it hurts.Broke my pup of that in like two weeks. They will chew anything but there toys at that age

 Re: Puppy biting
We always teach people to hell a sharp HEY! Or help like a puppy. Teaches them like their mother or siblings would have. Has always worked real well for us and you can use it for other things later that the r not suppose to have
