Post Re: All you GM owners
DAMN

An experiment conducted by British TV show Top Gear in 2006 offers one explanation. The show’s producers bought an 18-year-old Hilux diesel with 190,000 miles on the odometer for $1,500. They then crashed it into a tree, submerged it in the ocean for five hours, dropped it from about 10 feet, tried to crush it under an RV, drove it through a portable building, hit it with a wrecking ball, and set it on fire. Finally they placed it on top of a 240-foot tower block that was then destroyed in a controlled demolition. When they dug it out of the rubble, all it took to get it running again was hammers, wrenches, and WD-40. They didn’t even need spare parts.

It's because of big govt. and oil barons. They are in bed together here. Why do you think that "cheaper to produce" diesel is 50-60 cents more per gallon? Interstate commerce is an easy target for the high diesel price gouging. On another note, that v dub has the steering wheel on the American side....

Bubba - whats your name on gmfullsize?

Fords newer trucks are good trucks.. my buddys 2010 platinum has almost 300,000 miles on it, and runs and drives better than my truck which just rolled over 100,000 miles. Hes never had one problem with the truck..
Ill also say the 7.3 is one of the best deisel motors made.. even over a 5.9. The new 6.7 I havent hurd much of, but from what ive seen its also a pretty good motor.
