Nothing like hunting in those cold, dark, drizzly, and dreary days and I was born in 80

Bigbuckfever. Used to be real big into bow hunting whitetails. Had the flu real bad the day before a hunting trip and had to call in to work sick (on my last day before 11 days off). The next day I slept all the way out to our lease and barely made it up a tree in the early afternoon, an hour and a half later my largest deer yet (and probably will never shoot a larger one) was dead on the ground 75 yds from me. When I got back to work everyone said I called in to leave early for my trip with "buck fever."

Mine is the name of my other boat and what I use on other forums. I've always been around water and boats since I can remember therefore Nautical by Nature.

My name came about because I had back problems. I was explaining on a forum how much acupuncture helped me to relieve the pain and take away the pinched nerve. I was going a few times a week for about a month and explained that with so many needles being stuck in my body, I felt like a Voo Doo doll. One of my friends on that forum that has known me for a while said that I was her VooDoo Daddy. She called me that a lot and others did too. I used it for my workshops and junk I had to sell when I would have seminars around the country.

As it turns out, coot is also a name for a duck...who knew?!

Much to my disappointment, it prompted everyone here to start calling me coot, instead of CootSlayer. So basically, I made it ok for a bunch of strangers on the interweb to call me a pussy on a daily basis...
